Idaga Bina currently in the process of obtaining Building Approval Plan from Majlis Perbandaran Klang (MPK). All the final preparation of building plans had been submitted and awaiting approval. The works comprises 20 units of 20’ x 64’ terrace houses and 2 unit of semi-D’s together with infrastructures works of roads, drainage, street lightings and landscape.
The earthwork has been completed together with access road and the site is basically ready to carry and next phase of construction works.
The piling and building works scheduled to kick off by this year mid of September and scheduled to complete by mid 2018.
